Hello!!! Happy Monday!
This weekend was really really nice, despite feeling a little short. It was nice AND super productive. I bought a sweet vintage camera (Kodak Brownie Starflex) and magically acquired an old Canon film camera complete with 3 sweet lenses, a flash, and a super cool vintage camera strap!

As I was shopping around for more vintage cameras (I’m looking for a Imperial Mark XII Flash Camera in teal) i paused to count how many I have. Twenty. Twenty cameras. I think I need help… they make pills for this, right? Now I just need to find a cool way to display them. If you have any ideas, please leave a comment– I would LOVE to hear them!!!!

In between shopping and acquiring vintage cameras, I added six 8″x8″ oil paintings to my etsy shop.

I am so in love with these paintings. I hope that they find a good home (I need the space for all the new paintings I am working on!)
Stop by my etsy shop and check them out!

this beauty is one of my newer vintage camera purchases. i love this little guy. He takes 620 film, but i can (if i’m SUPER careful) respool some 120 film and use that.
This may be a project after I get the 120 film I used in my Diana developed…

this is my mom’s old yashica electro 35 camera. it’s still in fairly good condition– with the exception of corroded battery acid in the battery chamber, and a small dent on the lens. if i fiddle with it just so, I can get the telephoto and wide-angle lens to stay on. As long as I don’t need the flash, the camera works just fine!

i think this is a sickness, this sudden obsession with vintage cameras. Let’s not talk about the two that I bought today… or the one cute little guy I bought earlier this week… or the three that I bought myself for christmas… or even the ones that have been generously gifted to me… um… yeah… they make pills for this, right?

i finally busted out my Diana this weekend. I still have half a roll of film. I’m eager to finish it and can’t wait to see how they turned out!!!
